Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial landscaping clients.
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgrades.
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendations.
• Coordinate with production crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate properties and verify scope of work.
• Track sales activity, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM or job management system.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations.
• Support upselling and long-term account growth.
• Comfortable working outdoors and visiting job sites regularly.
• Valid driver's license.
