Job summary

Bedrock Landscaping is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Enhancements Account Manager to join our team. This role handles client relationships, sells and coordinates landscape enhancement projects, and ensures customer satisfaction from estimate through completion.

The ideal candidate is proactive, sales-driven, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced outdoor service environment. Maintain strong client communication throughout each project and contribute to upselling and long-term

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or account management in outdoor services or landscaping is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to read basic landscape plans or site layouts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial landscaping clients
• Identify opportunities for landscape enhancements and upgrades
• Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and project recommendations
• Coordinate with production crews, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely job completion
• Conduct site visits to evaluate properties and verify scope of work
• Track sales activity, follow-ups, and project progress in CRM or job management system
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and customer expectations
• Support upselling and long-term account growth
