Job summary

CA C I is seeking a Senior Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer to design, configure, and maintain a large VDI environment. This role serves as the SME for troubleshooting performance issues and will require expertise in system design, automation, and integration across networks, storage, Azure AD and Intune.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record implementing and maintaining VDI in large enterprises, with strong communication and collaboration skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoD Security Clearance.
• Must be able to obtain DHS EOD.
• Advanced knowledge of Azure, AD, Intune and VDI technologies.
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale VDI environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3/4 support to resolve VDI issues.
• Guide optimization of desktops for platform interoperability; liaison between VDI technologies.
• Provide endpoint support on VDI tasks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain deep knowledge of VDI administration and engineering.
• Operate across multiple production environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Apply extensive technical expertise across related disciplines.
• Conduct trade studies and make recommendations on solutions.
