Job summary
Nerdio seeks a Go Live Engineer to join our technical team and drive deployments, troubleshooting, and demos for Azure Virtual Desktop and related technologies. You will support the Western Time Zones and collaborate with partners and an internal engineering team to ensure successful go-lives.
The role requires hands-on experience with AVD, Intune, FSLogix, and Active Directory, plus a proactive, fast-paced mindset and strong communication skills with technical customers.
Qualifications
- Prior AVD deployments.
- Experience with Intune, FSLogix and Active Directory (AAD, Azure AD DS, AD DS).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Fast-paced mentality with ability to make quick decisions.
- Comfortable working with highly technical customers.
- Experience conducting technical product demos.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Partner Sales Managers to support sales with Microsoft Channel Partners and MSPs.
- Assist Nerdio partners with their first several account implementations.
- Assist fellow Nerdio Support Engineers with trouble tickets and problem solving.
- Collaborate with technical team members to maintain, design, and enhance current tools and processes.
- Contribute to technical knowledge base and documentation.
- Contribute to product enhancements and new features.
- Create meaningful metrics towards go lives, partner implementation and MRR goals.
