Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of Microsoft support experience, or 7 years total IT engineering exp with 3 years Microsoft support.
• Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft technologies with strong knowledge of Azure.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, or Intune.
• Customer service, requirements gathering, troubleshooting, and crisis escalation skills.
• Experience in a ticket-driven or case-based support environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical support resource for Microsoft infrastructure and cloud issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues involving Azure, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server.
• Assess issues quickly, identify root causes, and drive cases to resolution.
• Manage service requests through a case queue and provide timely status updates.
• Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and incident details in tracking systems.
• Collaborate with peers and engage Microsoft for escalation when needed.
• Communicate clearly to customers and stakeholders through written and verbal channels.
• Understand SLAs and participate in an on-call rotation to support 24x7 coverage.
