Job summary

CDW is hiring a Microsoft Azure & Microsoft 365 Administrator to support a modern cloud-first environment. This role focuses on hands-on management of Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, identity, security, and endpoint management.

The ideal candidate will administer Azure resources, manage Entra ID/CA, configure networking, and implement backup and DR across hybrid AD and Intune endpoints. Strong troubleshooting and documentation are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online).
• 2+ years of Azure Administration experience.
• Microsoft Entra ID and Conditional Access expertise.
• PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting hybrid Active Directory environments.
• Microsoft Intune / endpoint management experience.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Networking, Cloud Security, Monitoring, Backup & Disaster Recovery.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Azure resources, networking, security, and hybrid environments.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and identity/security controls.
• Configure Azure networking, VPNs, NSGs, and firewalls.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
• Manage devices and endpoint policies through Microsoft Intune.
• Monitor cloud performance, availability, security, and cost optimization.
