Job summary

CDW is seeking a Microsoft core infrastructure engineer to provide reactive break/fix support for Managed Services customers. Focus areas include Windows Server, Active Directory, domain controllers, Group Policy, SCCM, DNS, and DHCP, with cloud experience as a secondary skill.

The role may be based anywhere in the United States, with on-call rotation and collaboration across teams to resolve incidents and deliver quality customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience plus 3+ years Microsoft support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft core infrastructure technologies.
• Experience in a ticket-driven, case-based support environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical support resource for Microsoft core infrastructure issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows Server, Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS/DHCP, SCCM, and related technologies.
• Support hybrid or cloud technologies, including Azure and Microsoft 365, when needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and communications in tracking systems.
