Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or 7 years IT engineering with MS support.
Hands-on experience with Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.
Experience in ticketing/case-based support environment.

Responsibilities

Provide Microsoft infrastructure support for Azure, M365, Windows Server and related technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, drive cases to resolution and document steps.
Participate in on-call rotation and communicate status to customers and internal teams.
