Job summary

TeamViewer is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of its Azure-based SaaS platform. You’ll build highly available infrastructure and implement automation for worldwide services.

You’ll work with cloud-native tech, contribute to monitoring, incident response, and on-call rotations, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP is a plus).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (e.g. Terraform, Argo CD).
• Familiarity with programming languages and scripting (including PowerShell).
• Hands-on experience with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of databases (e.g. MS SQL, Postgres).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Understanding of distributed systems, parallel programming, and test automation.
• Solid grasp of network security principles and best practices.
• A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and strong collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain highly available, scalable infrastructure for our global SaaS platform.
• Deploy feature and maintenance releases.
• Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation systems to guarantee 24/7 service reliability.
• Continuously improve infrastructure through automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Participate in on‑call rotations, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure rapid resolution of operational issues.
• Proactively identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
