TeamViewer seeks a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our Azure-based SaaS platform. You will join a forward‑looking team powering our core products and services, delivering a seamless worldwide user experience.

The role emphasizes automation, cloud-native tech, and continuous improvement, with on-call rotations and collaboration across engineering, security, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or software development roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP a plus).
• Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools (Terraform, Argo CD).
• Scripting experience (PowerShell).
• Hands-on with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Postgres) and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Understanding of distributed systems, security, and test automation.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and maintain highly available, secure, and scalable Azure cloud infrastructure for TeamViewer’s global SaaS.
• Manage, scale, and optimize Kubernetes-based platforms with GitOps declarative workflows.
• Deploy feature and maintenance releases.
• Develop and enhance monitoring, alerting, and automation to ensure 24/7 reliability.
• Improve infrastructure via automation and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot incidents for fast resolution.
• Identify and mitigate reliability risks, driving continuous improvement.
