Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to own reliability across our Azure-based cloud platform, applying AI tools for faster root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, and predictive scaling.

You'll deep-dive production issues, build automation, and collaborate with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services at scale for regulated clients. You will also join the on-call rotation to maintain reliability.

Qualifications

Strong Azure experience running production workloads.
Comfortable writing automation, not just reading it.
Reliability-first mindset: care about root causes, not just fixes.
Experience using AI tooling in an ops or SRE context.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
Exposure to SQL Server or Postgres in production.
Windows/IIS experience within our environment.

Responsibilities

Own reliability across our Azure-based cloud platform using AI tools to improve habits: faster RCA, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, predictive scaling.
Deep-dive production issues, build automation that sticks, and partner with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services at scale.
Participate in on-call rotation and ensure services meet compliance needs for regulated clients.
