Job summary

CA CI International Inc. is seeking an Azure Platform Lead to oversee a team delivering Azure services for a large enterprise DHS CISA environment.

You will drive performance, establish cadence, and ensure predictable execution across Azure infrastructure, AVD, and IaC workflows. The role emphasizes leadership over hands-on coding, with a focus on risk management, operations excellence, and cross-functional collaboration with security and networking teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with substantial IT leadership experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise IT including cloud and infrastructure.
• 5+ years managing engineering teams in large enterprises.
• Demonstrated Azure design, deployment, and operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team supporting Azure infrastructure, AVD, and platform services.
• Establish cadence, 1:1s, performance management, and prioritization.
• Drive accountability across the team with strong ownership.
• Ensure operational processes, risk management, and reliability.
• Coordinate onboarding, transitions, and workload distribution across the team.
• Communicate status, risks, and priorities to leadership.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and network teams.
