• Lead, manage, and develop a team supporting Azure infrastructure, AVD, and platform services
• Establish and maintain consistent team cadence with 1:1s and performance management
• Drive accountability across the team including senior engineers
• Ensure operational processes are followed with focus on reliability
• Own onboarding, transitions, and workload distribution across the team
• Provide proactive communication to leadership on status, risks, and priorities
• Partner with engineering, security, and network teams for aligned execution
• Translate architectural direction into actionable plans with clear ownership
• Delegate technical execution while maintaining delivery visibility
