Job summary

Zachary Piper Solutions seeks a TechOps Administrator I to support the Azure core and Office365 platforms from our Annapolis Junction, MD office. The role involves 24/7 operational coverage and end-to-end SOCs support in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor deployment flow, coordinate restorations, document actions for audits, and work with feature teams to implement fixes. A Bachelor’s degree and active clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance required.
• Excellent customer service and focus.
• Able to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor deployment flow and report status; escalate issues promptly.
• Drive fixes with feature teams for volume drivers.
• Execute deployment scripts and procedures as documented.
• Coordinate restoration actions with other teams and support outage responses.
• Document investigations and restorations for audits and RCA.
