CFC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer in Texas to keep our global infrastructure reliable, secure and resilient. You will focus on Microsoft Azure, operating and improving cloud and hybrid services across compute, storage and networking, while owning complex technical issues and reducing operational risk.

This hands-on role supports the Austin team and collaborates with Technology, Information Security and engineering.

Formación

• Extensive hands-on infrastructure operations experience.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid environments.
• Ability to own incidents and problem resolution.
• Strong documentation and change-control discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and support Azure infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, monitoring and identity.
• Own infrastructure incidents, problems and service requests across cloud and hybrid environments.
• Monitor availability, capacity, performance and security; implement improvements.
• Deliver infrastructure changes, upgrades, patching and lifecycle activities with change management.
• Troubleshoot issues across Azure, Windows Server, storage, DNS, routing, VPNs and firewalls.
• Support backup, disaster recovery and business continuity arrangements.
• Partner to automate, standardise and document secure, scalable services.
• Provide desktop support to Austin team during holidays and sickness.
