Job summary

Corient, a wealth management-focused firm, seeks a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, deploy, and operate cloud infrastructure across Azure, with a strong emphasis on automation and reliability. You will own IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and platform integration in a fast-paced environment.

Based in Austin, TX, this onsite role requires collaboration with engineering teams, incident response, and security/compliance initiatives to ensure robust, scalable cloud services for clients and internal

Qualifications

• Experience administering Azure cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform).
• Experience supporting Kubernetes platforms (AKS/EKS).
• CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
• Strong observability with monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Automation using Python, PowerShell, or Go.
• Solid networking, cloud security, IAM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support cloud infrastructure across Azure.
• Develop and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ensure reliability, monitoring, and incident response readiness.
• Support backup, recovery, and business continuity plans.
• Implement security best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Onboard and integrate acquired systems into Corient's environment.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering excellence.
