Job summary

CFC is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations Engineer to maintain and improve our global cloud and hybrid infrastructure. Based in Texas, you will focus on Microsoft Azure, storage, networking and identity integrations, and you’ll own complex incidents to ensure service reliability.

You'll work with Technology, Information Security and engineering teams, automate routine tasks, and contribute to change controls and disaster recovery preparedness.

Qualifications

• Hands-on infrastructure operations experience in a large org.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Ability to manage incidents and changes in a regulated process.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Azure infrastructure across compute, storage, networking.
• Own infrastructure incidents and service requests to resolution.
• Monitor availability, capacity, performance, and security.
• Implement changes and lifecycle activities per change controls.
• Automate and document secure, scalable services.
• Provide desktop support to the Austin team during holidays.
