Job summary

Redwood Logistics in Chicago, IL is seeking an Infrastructure Cloud Engineer to strengthen and secure our hybrid cloud environments across Azure and AWS. This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, cost efficiency, and security, with occasional on-site work at our Chicago office.

You will manage identity (Entra ID), SIEM like Microsoft Sentinel, IaC with Terraform, and hybrid networking while supporting Windows Server ecosystems and on-prem connectivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise infrastructure experience in a team setting.
• Experience with cloud platforms Azure and AWS and on-prem network knowledge.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and secure cloud infrastructure in Azure and AWS.
• Manage identity governance (Entra ID) and RBAC/PIM configurations.
• Deploy and monitor Microsoft Sentinel for cloud SIEM capabilities.
• Support Windows Server environments and hybrid networking components.
• Lead IaC efforts with Terraform to ensure repeatability and compliance.
