ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Azure Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, secure, and operate our production Azure environment, extending on-premises VMware and Windows datacenters. You will focus on networking, hybrid connectivity, VMs, DR, and migrations, using IaC, Git, and pipelines to keep infrastructure repeatable and auditable.

The role partners with multiple teams and external consultants, contributing to incident response, change management, and governance while improving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years enterprise infrastructure engineering with 3+ years hands-on Azure.
• Hybrid networking: VNets, NSGs, DNS, ExpressRoute or VPN; explain tradeoffs.

Responsabilités

• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure infrastructure: landing zones, VMs, storage, backups, monitoring, governance.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, performance, and access across VM/OS/network/DNS/firewall/identity.
• Plan and execute VMware/Windows migrations to Azure; cutover and post-migration support.
• Design and test DR using Site Recovery and geo-redundant storage.
• Automate operations with Terraform, PowerShell, Git, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
