EY seeks a senior cloud platform leader to drive Azure Government initiatives, owning strategy, architecture, and delivery across multiple workstreams. You will guide technical direction, enable delivery teams, and balance delivery, risk, and platform health in government environments.

Responsibilities include leading DevSecOps practices, talent development, and stakeholder collaboration with product, engineering, and leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and sustainable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in engineering roles with cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience
• Azure AZ-104 and AZ-305 certifications
• Hands-on: IaC & CI/CD with tooling like Bicep, ARM templates, Ansible
• Containers & orchestration with Docker/Kubernetes/AKS/Helm
• Networking fundamentals for VNets, subnets, NSGs, routing
• Cloud security principles aligned to NIST/FedRAMP
• Identity and access management with Entra ID/Azure RBAC
• Windows and Linux administration with security baselines
• Automation scripting with PowerShell

Responsabilités

• Own delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure across initiatives
• Set and guide technical direction for Azure Government platforms
• Establish and evolve DevSecOps practices and automation
• Make trade-off decisions balancing speed, quality, risk
• Lead architecture and design reviews for standards alignment
• Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, leadership
• Develop engineering talent via coaching and feedback
• Promote operational excellence and continuous improvement
