EY in the United States seeks a senior cloud platform leader to deliver Azure Government-scale infrastructure, guiding delivery teams and shaping secure, scalable platforms. You will drive DevSecOps practices, oversee architecture reviews, manage risk and stakeholder alignment across product, engineering, and leadership, while mentoring engineers and advancing operational excellence.

Formación

• Requires 7+ years in engineering roles with cloud IaaS, PaaS, SaaS
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in CS/IT
• Azure certifications AZ-104 and AZ-305 or equivalent preferred
• Strong hands-on with IaC and CI/CD
• Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)
• Networking fundamentals for cloud architectures
• Cloud security principles including NIST/FedRAMP considerations
• Identity and access management concepts for cloud environments
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Python)
• Government security framework experience and Agile delivery experience

Responsabilidades

• Own the delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities across initiatives
• Set and guide technical direction for Azure Government platforms
• Establish and evolve DevSecOps practices and automation
• Make informed technical and delivery trade-offs balancing delivery, quality, risk, and platform health
• Lead architecture and design reviews to ensure standards alignment
• Oversee risk, dependency, and issue management across delivery efforts
• Influence stakeholders across product, engineering, and leadership without direct authority
• Develop and grow engineering talent through coaching and delegation
• Promote operational excellence through continuous process and tooling improvements
