Job summary

EY seeks an experienced technology leader to drive large, complex government cloud programs in Azure Government environments. You will own platform delivery, guide technical direction, and ensure scalable, secure solutions for federal, state, and local engagements.

You will lead architecture, automation, and DevSecOps practices while coaching teams to improve delivery, quality, and long-term platform health in security-constrained settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in engineering roles with private/public cloud IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS.
• Microsoft Azure certifications AZ-104 and AZ-305.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and CI/CD tooling such as Bicep, Azure DevOps, ARM templates, or Ansible.
• Containers and orchestration using Docker/Kubernetes and AKS or similar.
• Cloud security principles including least privilege, identity, encryption, and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of cloud platform and infrastructure capabilities across multiple initiatives.
• Guide technical direction for Azure Government platforms to ensure scalability and security.
• Establish DevSecOps practices and automation to improve delivery quality and reliability.
• Lead architecture reviews and manage risk, dependencies, and issues across delivery efforts.
• Grow engineering talent through coaching and feedback; drive continuous improvement.
