Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to support a remote engagement with PPL. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, managing Agile backlogs, and translating needs into Azure DevOps work items for mobile app initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in Agile business analysis, hands-on Azure DevOps experience, and prior utility/energy industry exposure. Remote collaboration and strong communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

Minimum years of experience in business analysis within Agile environments.
Proven ability to gather, analyze and document requirements.
Hands-on experience with backlog management and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and document business and functional requirements.
Work with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and development teams in an Agile setting.
Create and manage Epics, Features, User Stories, Tasks, and Acceptance Criteria in Azure DevOps.
Facilitate backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization sessions.
Develop as-is and to-be process maps and workflow documentation.
Support mobile application initiatives for Android and iOS by translating business needs into technical requirements.
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test planning and defect tracking.
