Hitachi Solutions seeks a dynamic Technical Sales Professional with deep expertise in Azure Data and AI Services, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a passion for Copilot and Agentic AI. This role blends presales leadership, solution design, and thought leadership to transform client business processes across industries.

You will own the technical narrative, lead discovery sessions, deliver tailored demos, and collaborate with Account Executives to win strategic pursuits in Manufacturing, Finance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, solution delivery, or technical presales; require 4+ years in a customer-facing technical sales or solution advisory role; must have prior Microsoft Azure solutions pre-sales experience with a partner or large firm.
• Breadth across Microsoft Ecosystem with depth in one or more of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure data & AI services.
• Proven ability to design and deliver tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and executive solution walkthroughs.
• Experience developing scope, high-level architecture, and effort estimates with delivery leadership.
• Microsoft role-based certifications relevant to assigned solution areas; established co-sell relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical narrative across opportunities within the Microsoft Cloud portfolio.
• Lead technical discovery sessions to surface business drivers and pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations, proofs of concept, and solution walkthroughs (D365, Power Platform, Azure data & AI).
• Define solution approaches, document trade-offs, and recommend options aligning value with feasibility.
• Contribute technical content to proposals, RFPs, statements of work, and pricing narratives.
• Partner with Account Executives on qualification, pursuit planning, and win strategy; build relationships with Microsoft sellers.
