Job summary

Blueprint Technologies is seeking a skilled Azure commerce engineer to coordinate subscription transitions, validate complex account data, and guide stakeholders through billing and purchasing agreements. This remote role offers autonomy and opportunities to grow technical expertise in cloud commerce operations and program management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Azure commerce engineering or support with hands-on knowledge of Azure subscriptions and account management.
• Knowledge of Azure tenants, subscriptions, Microsoft commerce, purchasing and billing models, and billing support.
• Understanding of Azure purchasing channels and agreements (CSP, EA, MCA-E).
• Ability to validate complex account data and approval files against multiple requirements with precise data elements.
• Ability to navigate internal commerce or support systems to validate information and determine eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Azure subscription transitions and out-of-policy exception requests, tracking activities through completion.
• Support Azure transitions across CSP, EA, and MCA-E billing models and agreements.
• Validate customer and partner subscription details using internal systems to determine eligibility.
• Translate complex requirements into clear guidance for account teams, partners and customers.
• Maintain a backlog, prioritize approvals, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
