Job summary

ProsperOps is seeking a seasoned FinOps practitioner to support autonomous cloud cost management for Azure. In this remote role, you will partner with prospects and customers to address complex cloud cost optimization challenges and guide strategic FinOps decisions.

You will collaborate with the Product team to develop new capabilities, demonstrate our edge through dynamic demos, and tailor Savings Analyses to each customer's footprint.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in FinOps or cloud engineering with Azure at scale.
• Experience as Analyst or Presales Engineer preferred.
• Strong data querying and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to deliver product demos.
• Analyze cloud cost optimization opportunities and share insights.
• Be the go-to expert on Reservations, Azure Spot VMs, and Compute Savings Plans; Azure IAM experience is a plus.
• Craft and deliver dynamic demos to showcase ProsperOps value.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Operations to answer platform questions on rate optimization.
• Team up with Product to brainstorm and build new optimization services.
• Scope and configure Savings Analyses to tailor insights per customer footprint.
• Contribute to feature development and automation for Savings Analysis reports.
