Job summary

Quisitive is seeking an experienced Azure Coach to join our Azure Management Services team. This remote US role combines Azure architecture expertise with hands-on leadership to design, secure, optimize, and manage enterprise Azure environments.

You will work with executives, architects, and engineering teams to mature cloud strategy, establish governance, and ensure secure, reliable operations. This is a highly technical consulting role.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in infrastructure, cloud engineering, enterprise architecture, or technology consulting.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and operating Microsoft Azure environments.
• Enterprise-scale Azure solutions across networking, identity, security, governance, compute, storage, and monitoring.
• Expertise with Entra ID, Azure Policy, Defender for Cloud, Monitor, and DR planning.
• Designing hybrid-cloud, multi-subscription, multi-region architectures using ExpressRoute, VPN, Firewall, App Gateway, and DNS.
• IaC and automation with Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, PowerShell, or Azure CLI.
• Cloud operations knowledge: monitoring, incident management, change management, ITSM, and managed services.
• Leading customer-facing architecture engagements and communicating with technical teams and executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for customers using Microsoft Azure.
• Lead architecture discussions across Azure networking, identity, security, governance, and infrastructure services.
• Provide technical leadership for managed environments and drive performance, security, and cost optimization.
• Advise on Entra ID architecture, RBAC, Conditional Access, PIM, and Zero Trust.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates, PowerShell, and Azure CLI.
• Mentor consultants and engineers and evolve Azure Management Services offerings, tools, templates, and runbooks.
• Contribute to governance frameworks, landing zones, and operational best practices.
