Job summary

Atmosera is seeking a contractor-level Technical Support & Escalations professional to support Azure cloud environments and hybrid setups. You will serve as escalation point for Cloud Technicians, monitor incidents, and administer customer resources in Azure.

Role requires 3+ years in system administration, strong networking/security background, and proven Azure experience with MSP exposure. The position offers remote work with occasional client-site travel and requires ongoing client

Qualifications

3+ years of system administration or cloud support experience (Windows/Linux, mixed environments preferred).
2+ years networking and security experience (firewalls, VPNs, load balancing).
Proven Azure cloud administration experience; MSP background strongly preferred.
Proficiency in automation (PowerShell, CLI, ARM templates, or Bicep).
Strong troubleshooting skills (logs, events, telemetry).
Experience in 24x7 managed services or NOC operations.
Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Must pass government background checks.

Responsibilities

Serve as escalation point for Cloud Technicians on Azure/hybrid issues.
Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents across Azure and vSphere.
Install, configure, and administer customer Azure resources.
Manage escalated alerts and undocumented troubleshooting scenarios.
Perform patch remediation and updates.
Manage networks, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.
Address config issues in event management tooling and alerts.
Build on Atmosera's monitoring infrastructure to diagnose servers and network issues.
Mentor Level 1/2 technicians and collaborate with Tier-2/3 teams.
Lead client communications and ensure smooth P1 bridge operations.
Provide clear, business-focused updates to clients and maintain SLAs.
