Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking an experienced Azure VM / Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for Microsoft Azure customers and internal teams. The role focuses on troubleshooting and resolving complex issues related to Azure Virtual Machines, Compute/IaaS, Networking, Storage, Windows/Linux systems, virtualization, monitoring, and automation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure VM & Azure IaaS.
• Networking, TCP/IP, HTTP & Storage knowledge.
• PowerShell scripting & automation.
• Azure Monitor, Log Analytics & Azure Automation.
• Troubleshooting VM performance, availability, connectivity & security.
• Active Directory, patching, Event Logs/Syslogs.
• Must be flexible for 24x7 rotational shifts.
