Job summary

Vari is building a modern cloud platform in Azure to support internal apps and AI agents. You will own compute, networking, data services, deployment, and security foundations, driving reliability and scale while embracing AI-native tooling and responsible automation.

You’ll collaborate with technology leadership and security teams to design and safeguard production changes, using Infrastructure-as-Code and automated workflows to reduce toil and error.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cloud infrastructure, platform, or DevOps engineering.
• Deep hands-on Azure experience with serverless and containers.
• Experience establishing CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code.
• Strong security and identity management familiarity.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy on a lean team.

Responsibilities

• Own the cloud platform for internal apps and agents.
• Establish deployment pipelines and observability for rapid, reliable shipping.
• Design for reliability and scale as the portfolio grows.
• Provide guardrails for security, identity, and automation changes.
• Advise on IaC adoption (Bicep or Terraform) and configuration.
