Job summary

BlueAngle is hiring an AI Engineer to own the secure infrastructure and delivery backbone beneath its Azure-based platform, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, identity, and release automation. You will provide day-to-day technical mentorship to early-career engineers.

The role reports to the Platform & Technology Lead and exists to remove bottlenecks, scale delivery, and ensure governance while coordinating across the platform team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure, IaC, and secure infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to design and mentor engineers.
• Strong written communication and decision records.
• Familiarity with agentic platforms or LLM tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend IaC and CI/CD foundation across platform repositories to a consistent house standard.
• Provision new workloads end-to-end and bring them to a first secure deployment.
• Author and review Terraform, pipelines, and service code; uphold PR discipline.
• Design and operate secrets management and production credentials.
• Build integration servers and register them with the platform gateway.
• Register platform components in the architecture catalog and keep docs in sync.
• Author Architecture Decision Records for non-trivial decisions.
• Mentor and unblock early-career engineers.
