Job summary

ePlus is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join a team delivering managed Azure workloads for customers. You will deploy, automate, and manage Azure production environments, ensuring reliability, security, and governance.

You will also participate in on-call rotations, optimize CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, and contribute to architecture decisions across multiple regions and services.

Qualifications

2+ years deploying and supporting Azure environments.
3+ years deploying and supporting complex datacenter/public cloud environments.
Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification or other Azure certificate preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in customer-facing consulting or support roles is a plus.
Azure IaaS and PaaS services experience.
Troubleshoot complex cloud issues across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of Azure production environments.
Ensuring availability, performance, security, governance and scalability of Azure systems.
Management of creation, release, and configuration of production systems.
System troubleshooting across application domains and platforms.
Participation in on-call rotation.
