Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking an Associate Cloud Operations Engineer to support Azure production environments. This role entails ensuring system availability, performance, and security while fostering customer experience. Candidates should have a background in public cloud development and troubleshooting complex issues. The initial base salary range is between $65,000 and $90,000 annually, with additional benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in deploying and supporting complex datacenter and/or public cloud environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a diverse and geographically dispersed team.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintenance of Azure production environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, and security of Azure systems.
• Troubleshoot issues across various application domains.
• Maintain tools for automation of operational processes.
