Job summary

ePlus Technology Solutions is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to join a team-focused environment supporting customer workloads in Azure. You will deploy, automate, and maintain production environments, ensuring reliability, performance, and security while aligning with governance and best practices.

You will work across complex CI/CD pipelines, leverage IaC tools like Terraform and Bicep/ARM, and collaborate with customers in a distributed team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience deploying and supporting Azure environments.
• 3+ years of experience deploying and supporting complex datacenter and/or public cloud environments.
• Azure DevOps Engineer Expert certification or Azure related certification preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting or support roles is a plus.
• Experience with multiple IaaS and PaaS services in Azure.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex interdisciplinary public cloud issues.
• Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team with varied skillsets.
• Experience with Active Directory, SQL, Patch Management, certificate services.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, automate, manage, and maintain Azure production environments.
• Ensure availability, performance, security, governance, and scalability of Azure systems.
• Manage creation, release, and configuration of production systems.
• Troubleshoot problems across application domains and platforms.
• Validate new customer deployments and deploy with governance best practices.
• Configure metrics, logging, and monitoring on Azure; manage automation tools.
• Participate in on-call rotations as a primary resource.
