Job summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a Lead Azure Application Support Engineer to provide hands-on production support for Azure-based enterprise applications. This role focuses on complex troubleshooting, incident resolution, and technical leadership across distributed support teams.

The ideal candidate has strong Azure expertise, experience with PaaS services, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and KQL, and can guide onshore and offshore teams through incidents and releases while improving monitoring

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience supporting Azure-based enterprise applications in production.
Ability to troubleshoot across multiple application and infrastructure layers.
Experience with Azure PaaS, Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and KQL.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead investigation and resolution of complex production issues across Azure-based applications.
Troubleshoot across UI, services, APIs, integrations, databases, networking, and Azure PaaS.
Utilize Azure Application Insights, Azure Monitor, and KQL to diagnose performance issues.
Coordinate major incidents and root cause analyses.
Provide technical guidance to distributed support teams.
Collaborate with development on releases and production fixes.
Improve monitoring, processes, documentation, reliability, and team effectiveness.
Partner with stakeholders to maintain stability and user experience.
