Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Data Lead - Support to own and manage Azure data stack across data bricks, Data Factory, Analysis Services, and SQL. The successful candidate will handle incident triage, root cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while collaborating with offshore teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with Azure Data bricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Analysis Service, and SQL.
• Willing to work in both support and development contexts with production support shifts.

Responsibilities

• Incident management — troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles (KEDB) for recurring incidents and guide offshore team.
• Work on minor enhancements and development stories in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
