Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Data Lead - Support to own and manage Azure data stack across data bricks, Data Factory, Analysis Services, and SQL. This role involves both production support during PST hours and development tasks within an Agile environment, with on-site duties from day one.

The successful candidate will handle incident triage, root cause analysis, and contribute to knowledge base improvements while collaborating with offshore teams and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in both support and development contexts with production support shifts.

Responsibilities

• Incident management — troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement resolutions.
• Develop and maintain knowledge articles (KEDB) for recurring incidents and guide offshore team.
• Work on minor enhancements and development stories in an Agile environment.
• Write clean, maintainable code following best practices.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
