Job summary

Hexion Inc. seeks an Application Deployment and Delivery Leader to deploy target-state enterprise architecture and guide agentic workloads on our Azure stack. You will coordinate cloud, identity, security, and DevOps requirements, advising teams and partners to enable timely delivery.

You will work with AI teams and initiative owners to drive architecture decisions, ensure production-readiness, and enforce standards across cloud, SaaS, and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years designing and delivering enterprise applications and platforms.
• Strong architectural leadership across cloud, security, data, and DevOps.
• Experience guiding deployment readiness and governance with partners.

Responsibilities

• Guide prototypes and vendor-built solutions into production patterns.
• Release agentic applications aligned to architecture and standards.
• Own cross-portfolio deployment RAID log and blockers.
• Manage Azure cloud Architecture Framework, subscriptions, and CI/CD strategy.
• Oversee architecture review process for new apps and changes.
• Create reusable blueprints and guardrails for teams.
