US Foods is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee a group of Territory Managers selling our foodservice products across Northern Arizona including Sedona. You will coach, mentor, and direct teams to close deals, penetrate existing accounts, and acquire new business while aligning with AOP targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of foodservice sales experience and two years in supervision, with occasional overnight travel.

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.
• Overnight travel may be required for trainings and events.
• Valid driver's license required.

Mansioni

• Lead and coach Territory Managers to achieve sales, penetration and churn reduction goals.
• Develop short and long range sales plans and action steps to meet AOP.
• Recruit, train and mentor new hires and existing TMs.
• Oversee TM performance and district planning.
• Coordinate product cuttings, demonstrations, and market strategies.
