Job summary

US Foods is seeking a leader to oversee a group of Territory Managers selling the company's products and services across a defined district. You'll coach, mentor, and train TMs to achieve profitable sales and grow accounts.

You will develop long- and short-range sales plans, drive attainment of AOP, collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance, and travel as required to supervise performance and close high-potential opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of foodservice sales experience.
• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience.
• Overnight travel may be required for trainings, meetings, or events.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a group of Territory Managers (TMs) in selling Company products and services to achieve revenue goals.
• Lead TMs toward opportunities in closing, account development, and new business acquisition.
• Coach, mentor and train TMs to achieve profitable sales and growth objectives.
• Develop and execute long- and short-range sales plans to meet AOP and company goals.
