Job summary

Ignite Foodservice Solutions is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our Arizona market from the Phoenix Test Kitchen. This full‑time hybrid role covers K‑12, higher education, healthcare and hospitality accounts, with travel throughout Arizona.

You will build relationships, present equipment, train customers, and partner with our culinary team on live demos. The role requires 5+ years in sales, experience with foodservice equipment, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience.
• Experience with a foodservice equipment dealership, manufacturer/factory, manufacturers' representative, or K-12 foodservice program (preferred).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow sales throughout your assigned territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build lasting customer relationships and serve as a trusted, knowledgeable resource.
• Lead product presentations, training sessions, and equipment demonstrations.
• Partner with our culinary team on customer events and demos at the Phoenix Test Kitchen.
• Keep your pipeline organized and accountable in Salesforce.
