CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Full-Cycle Healthcare Recruiter to source, screen, and place healthcare professionals across the Arizona market, including Phoenix, Prescott, Flagstaff, and surrounding areas. You will partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and implement recruitment strategies across traditional and non-traditional channels
• Assess internal and external applicants to ensure alignment with business objectives and values
• Utilize ATS, social media, and sourcing tools to create a best-in-class candidate experience and meet workforce needs
• Maintain knowledge of employment laws and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance
• Prepare accurate data reporting and identify process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance efficiency
