College Medical Center Phoenix is seeking a Recruiter to support the hospital’s staffing needs. This position is responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and assisting applicants throughout the hiring process.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, maintain confidentiality, and work closely with hiring managers and Human Resources to provide a positive candidate experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree and two years healthcare experience preferred.
• Excellent people and communication skills, computer literate, flexible, detail oriented, professional image and demeanor.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Aufgaben

• Identifies and implements effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the role and standards.
• Receives recruitment requisitions and posts positions internally and externally as needed.
• Updates the CMC Phoenix open position list weekly to keep it current.
• Prints applications and resumes, reviews qualifications, logs dispositions, and sends qualified applicants to hiring managers.
• Designs and implements overall strategic recruiting strategy.
• Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to job boards and facility site.
• Sources and screens candidate resumes and applications.
• Conducts interviews using reliable tools to filter candidates.
• Assesses knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Assists with onboarding new employees to become fully integrated.
• Monitors and applies HR recruiting best practices.
• Provides recruiting reports to the team.
• Acts as a point of contact and builds relationships with candidates.
• Determines base rate using compensation guidelines to ensure internal equity.
• Coordinates onboarding, background checks, and pre-placement exams.
• Verifies licenses and certifications prior to employment and ensures proper classifications.
• Ensures all employment activity is completed, including background checks and health clearances.
• Completes background check processes with external vendors and verifications.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and facility policies.
• Handles multiple tasks and inquiries efficiently.
• Performs additional duties as required.
