Responsibilities

• Recruit healthcare providers for hospital, clinic and school partners.
• Generate a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Recruit qualified healthcare professionals using the internet, boards, cold calls, and referrals.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Stay connected with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to generate referrals and sales leads.
