Adobe Population Health (APH) in Phoenix, AZ, is seeking a Recruiter to support growth across Arizona and other states. You will promote APH, source and screen candidates, and partner with the HR team to build diverse applicant pools and a strong candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, excellent communication, and strong networking skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiar with ATS and social media sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Perform full-desk recruitment activities.
• Draft employment ads and source external candidates.
• Develop sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Build relationships with community organizations and schools.
• Partner with HR to ensure a consistent candidate experience.
• Analyze metrics to meet hiring goals.
