The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years in customer service, and the ability to work varying shifts. Starting wage is $25.13/hr with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct customer service experience in a museum, theme park, hospitality, concierge services, or high-profile venues.
• Experience with Amazon Chime, Slack, and WorkDocs.
• Ability to engage audiences and communicate clearly.
• Flexible to work varying shifts; strong conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors and provide a 5-star first impression.
• Direct visitors to the interactive space and answer questions.
• Verify pre-registered guests and assist with check-in.
• Track metrics as directed and assist with events.
• Collaborate with onsite teams (Protective Services, Catering, AV).
• Set up classrooms and materials for classes.
