Northwest Center is seeking an AWS Guest Service Representative in Arlington, VA. The role focuses on delivering a 5‑star visitor experience, welcoming guests, answering questions, and directing attendees to the interactive space with professionalism and warmth.

You will support pre‑registered guest check‑in, share local recommendations, and assist with events, classes, and daily operations. This is a full‑time position with a strong benefits package and a friendly, dog‑friendly campus

Formación

• Minimum 2 years direct customer service experience in a museum, theme park, hospitality, concierge services, or high‑profile venues.
• Experience greeting visitors and directing to spaces; ability to engage and inform the public.
• Experience managing shared team inboxes and coordinating with multiple teams.
• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Amazon Chime, Slack, and WorkDocs.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
• Direct visitors to the interactive space and assist with check‑in of pre‑registered guests.
• Provide information about nearby amenities and local landmarks.
• Support opening/closing duties and organize materials for classes.
• Coordinate with onsite teams (Security, Catering, AV) to resolve needs.
• Assist with events and special projects as needed.
