Job summary

SHI International in Austin, TX is seeking an AWS Solutions Executive to generate and drive pipeline by understanding customer needs and positioning SHI solutions with AWS technologies. You will establish strategic C-level relationships and go-to-market strategies, provide a streamlined billing experience, and guide customers through onboarding to SHI Cloud Practice.

Travel will be required to market and support customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience required.
• 2–4 years of inside/outside sales experience.
• 2–4 years of experience with cloud concepts (Cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, Core & Micro Services within AWS).
• Ability to travel 20%.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner certification required within first 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Generate, identify, and drive pipeline by understanding customer needs and positioning relevance to SHI solutions and services.
• Establish and develop strategic C-Level relationships and go-to-market strategies with AWS technologies.
• Provide a simplified billing experience for customers in a multi-cloud world and assist onboarding to SHI Cloud Practice.
• Improve cloud acumen of SHI field/inside sales teams by partnering with management and technical resources.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and account executives to execute the AWS acquisition strategy.
• Report, forecast, and track sales activity to drive cloud-based opportunities.
• Present SHI value around cloud management at customer events and travel to market.
• Develop, test, refine, and scale AWS sales strategies for cloud adoption.
