Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to lead enterprise support for software industries building on the AWS platform.

You will work backwards from customers to define support strategy, deliver expert advice on AWS services, and manage planning for launches and operations across the cloud lifecycle. You preferably have software engineering, SRE or external customer-facing experience, and the ability to present to small and large audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in operating in cloud environments at scale.
• Ability to present technical guidance to diverse audiences.
• Experience in similar roles such as a consultant or solutions architect.

Responsibilities

• Act as a single point of contact to Enterprise Accounts.
• Understand customers outcomes and business goals.
• Make AWS service improvement recommendations that fit customer strategy and architecture.
• Evaluate, analyze and present periodic reviews of operational performance to customers.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions and prelaunch planning.
• Share knowledge and innovate with leading technologists across the world.
• Work with AWS engineers to resolve customer issues expediently.
• Plan and execute business-critical events including product launches and migrations for customers on AWS.
