Job summary

Socialwise Inc. seeks an AWS Connect specialist to design, implement, and maintain a cloud-based contact center. You will configure contact flows, build chatbots, and deploy AI-driven interactions within Connect.

You will also create KPI dashboards with QuickSight, manage outbound campaigns, ensure regulatory compliance, and integrate Connect with CRMs and other AWS services to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Amazon Connect experience.
• Experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 integration.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP and CX strategies.
• AWS CI/CD deployment experience.
• AWS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and implement contact flows using Amazon Connect.
• Develop chatbots and conversational AI within Connect.
• Configure dashboards and KPI reports in Connect and QuickSight.
• Manage outbound campaigns and surveys with compliance.
• Integrate Connect with CRMs and other AWS services.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in production.
